During the closure time we have reviewed our operations and developed a set of standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all staff and customers. Please be sure to review the following before booking your next time at ZSTRICT.
Before Play
- If you are feeling sick, exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or have been out of the country in the previous 2 weeks, please DO NOT visit ZSTRICT.
- We will be conducting contactless temperature screenings for all guests at check in. Any patron with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be permitted.
- In order to maintain proper social distancing guidelines, no more than 4 people to a bay will be permitted. The VIP room may be utilized for up to 6 people if all golfers are from the same household.
- Groups larger than 4 may book multiple bays side by side. Please make sure to include this request in your reservation details.
- Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.
- In order to maintain social distancing, we have created an additional barrier with bags stands staggered between each bay.
- Will we have a designated entrance and exit. The Chelsea Piers door will be “Entrance Only”, and the exterior door will be “Exit Only”.
During Play
- Upon arrival, please maintain social distancing while checking in, and then you will be directed to one of our designated waiting areas.
- Reservations will be staggered between bays whenever possible.
- Multiple hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the facility.
- Each bay & all touch points will be properly sanitized between each reservation.
- In order to eliminate touch points, rental sets will NOT be available.
- All staff members will be required to wear a mask and gloves at all times.
- We will now have contactless payment, and will no longer be accepting cash as a form of payment.
- Simulator time ends at 5 MINUTES prior to the hour / ½ hour of time booked so our staff has time to properly clean and sanitize the bay for the next group.
