Our welcoming staff is ready to assist you from check-in to your last swing. We ask that you arrive at least five (5) minutes prior to your booking time.

NOTE: If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation without calling or emailing, you will be charged your entire rate. See below for how to change or cancel a booking.
To Cancel or Change: ZSTRICT enforces a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 24 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or modify your booking with absolutely no penalty or fee by calling us at 203-717-4050 or emailing us at info@zstrict.com. However, if you reduce the number of hours booked for your tee time OR cancel past the 24-hour deadline or NO SHOW - subsequent charges will be charged to the credit card on record.
Checking in: Please check in first at the front desk, before heading to your bay. This will ensure you have not been upgraded to our VIP bay, or if your bay has changed from your original booking. This will allow our team a better transition for payment. We highly encourage parties or individuals to pay first rather than at the end.
Bays moved: We reserve the right to move a booking to a different bay to optimize our tee sheet at any time. If you wish to stay at a bay, please leave a note in the “additional comments” when you book so our team members know not to move you.
Payment: The card you used for your booking was not charged, it is simply a held amount and will be canceled and refunded after checking in. NOTE: if after a full 7 business days you do not see the held amount returned, please call and ask to speak with a manager.
Waiver: This is required for all in the reservation. We will ask at check-in if all in your party have signed one, to do so. If you did not do it ahead of time, you can simply fill one out before starting your round.
Food & Bar: Our bar is located conveniently in the middle of our facility; it is a well-stocked bar with many options. They are a separate point-of-sale system and will have to be paid separately, so we unfortunately cannot use that tab with the reservation tab.
Rental clubs: We have two options for all, if you are new to the game or just playing our arcade games you can rent our standard strata set ($15). They contain a couple of clubs and have a general regular flex. We also have our upgraded, Callaway XR set ($25). They contain, a full set and you can choose between Regular or Stiff Flex.
Warnings: Our staff and managers maintain the “pace of play” for all bay during the day. We constantly check the reservation time and will give the group a warning(s) that your time is almost ending. We give warnings at 15, 10, and 5 minutes left of the reservation time.
Reservation: Our tee sheet works on a start and end time. Unfortunately, not on the number of holes you want to play or the number of balls on the range. When your booking time has ended a team member will let you know and unfortunately, you can’t finish your hole, as we could have another reservation waiting.
Bays: All of our bays are the same! We try our best to upkeep all bays to our highest standards, but some are more popular than others and are used more frequently, please let a team member know if anything needs to be fixed.
How the System Works: Please don’t hesitate to ask a team member if you need a full demo, or just simply a refresher. If you wish to move any table or couches to help your party better, please ask a team member first before doing so.
TV: We can certainly change the TV at your bay to a particular game you wish. Please note that if a major tournament or if the game is being shown on a streaming platform, We cannot always honor that.
