With the ever changing golf landscape, especially in these unprecedented times golfers are looking for new ways to enjoy the game of golf. Professional players are no exception to that. We were lucky enough to have a professional at ZSTRICT recently and wanted to share his experience.
Given the recent closure of facilities and courses across North America since the beginning of March, professional golfer Kyle Leeds has taken advantage of this free time and has been honing his skills for more than 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Last week, Kyle stepped foot into ZSTRICT for the first time and he was more than impressed:
“ZSTRICT is the most realistic and seamless golf simulator I have ever used. I have used just about every piece of technology to simulate golf there is, and nothing comes close to the GOLFZON system. The gameplay is incredibly realistic, and the putting is unmatched. The feedback it gives you on every swing is great for distance gapping or making swing changes. It’s everything you need to become a better player.”
Kyle’s journey to the pros is unlikely- as he originally went into high school primarily playing hockey, and then fell in love with the game of golf with Bull’s Bridge Golf Club nearby. The rest is history.
“I grew up in Riverside, CT. I went to South Kent for High school, which is about an hour and a half away from where I grew up. After that I attend Campbell University, in the Professional Golf Management Program. Campbell offered me the opportunity to learn about golf while improving my golf game. While I was there I met David Orr, a legendary teacher and coach. David taught me a lot of important lessons, most of which ended with the same outcome, becoming a master learner!”
Kyle currently plays in Canada and is exciting to get back out on the course next season!
“I currently play on the GPRO Tour and the Minor League Golf Tour for the 2020 season, I played on the PGA Tour in Canada on the Mackenzie Tour this past season, before it was ended short due to COVID.”
Kyle is also a 2x Winner on the Minor League Golf Tour. We wish him the best of luck in the upcoming season and hope to see him again soon at ZSTRICT!
